At the moment my bettas are either hiding behind rocks or under the leaves of the small plants at the front of the tank, can you recommend a bushier type of plant that the bettas (and endlers when i get them) could hide in or explore.

what type of gourami is that? The bettas and gourami may view each other as the same species. Have you seen any sign of the gourami bullying them into hiding?

Also, how long have they been in the tank, they may just be adjusting to the new surroundings.

Hornwort, Anacharis, Java Moss, Riccia, Brazzilian Pennywort, and Moneywort are good bushy plants that are easy to grow. :good:

thanks, i really like the look of the java moss and the riccia, i will see if my LFS has some

they only had a little argument for about 5 minutes when they were first put in, but now they are fine and happily swim next to eachother, the tanks been up for around 2 months ish, and all the fish have been in for at least a month.

Hygrophila polysperma

thanks, i might get some and put a small clump in the back corner if my LFS has some in stock

Try some Stargrass or Heteranthera Zosterifolia ("proper" name :good: )

Very bushy plant and easy to grow. Looks awesome too :hyper:
