So this has happened the last twice I’ve did water changes. On both occasions two of my five striped barbs have had their stomachs bursting. They have obviously died instantly. Will this be some sort of bug or is it to do with water pressure or something. Sorry for the horrible photo.
Any replies would be much appreciated 👍

Look for Camallanus nematodes. You would see a tiny red thread hanging from the anal vent, if the 'worms' are in an egg laying phase. That parasite will do that.
 
For camallanus worms, the med is levamisole. In the UK, that's in eSHa-ndx.
