Bumps Under Skin

I recently bough two more rams for a new tank im setting up.
On closer inspection of the fish i saw that there are little black bumbs under the skin of the fish. in the light you can see them clearly in the body of the fish.
there are bumb on the head aswell they are swollen.
Any 1 have any advice?
Tried to pare these with my other rams.

What are your water stats?
How big is the tank?
Are the bumps hard or do they seem soft?

Is there any way to get a picture up?

how do i determine if theyre hard or not?
take the fish out and poke at them?
they look dense enough to push the fins out a bit on the raised bumps. on the head it looks like theyre filled with fluid.
its clear from the top almost like a pimple, but on the body they are dark.

Issolate and try a bacterial med then, as if the lumps burst the bacteria can enter the tank.
