Bumps On My Molly's Skin

My creamsicle lyretail molly has these light brown bumps on it's skin. There's 2 or 3 and there's one on the bottom and there's one along one of the gills. They're pretty big, but the fish doesn't seem to be showing an discomfort. Does anyone know what this is or how I can fix it?
