I one orange molly being pestered by a guppy and I haven't a clue if they are male or female although but we have just had five young and one has the colouring of a black and white speckled which also chases the orange molly.
Any advice please

First figure out how to sex them (females have anal fins, males have gonopodiums). Once you do, you'll know what's causing the problem: males constantly try to mate with females, so it is likely that if the guppy is male, then that is the reason he would be bothering a female molly. This is one good reason to keep two females per livebearer male, regardless of the species.

Thank you very much
