Bullied Male Molly Has Pop Eye

He's been getting bullied by my other male mollie. Today when I checked on him he was swimming low to the bottom of the tank and I saw one of his eyes has started popping out He's in 'hospital' now being treated with internal bacteria medication just in case and I will be doing a mega water change at the weekend.

Is it likely that his eye has been injured by the other male mollie? Once he was segregated he perked up quite a bit. He has nothing else wrong with him that I can tell. No other fish appear 'infected' and none are missing. So it seems quite a coincidence that the fish who's getting bullied has this problem.

Thanks The fish is much better now, the eye is now looking normal again. I've left him segregated for now as he seems to be enjoying winding up the bully fish who can see him in the hospital tank but can't get him!
