Bulldog/rubbernose

I bought a bulldog plec from my lfs , He's about 1-2inch long! I have had him for 2 weeks now, but i never see him. In 3 weeks ive seen him 3 or 4 times, To be honest i wanted a plec that i see.

Why do you think he doesnt come out? Scared or Nocternal?

You need good water movement in your tank to keep you Bulldog happy.
What temp is the tank at?
Have you provided plenty of cover? The more cover you provide, contrary to what you may assume, the more you should see of your fish, as it will feel more secure knowing it has plenty of places to retreat to.

Temp is 26c , Yeh there is alot of hiding places! Maybe because he's new,Also im used to common plecos which arent shy at all!
