i have blue marine bulbs on mine.. fish dont seem to mind it at all .. i love the look as it seem to give more depth to the tank along with subtle lighting ( scuse the mess in there ive been on strike

yeah, apparently blue is for marine really, as the blue brings out the colours in most fish etc on marine, but does nothing for a tropical tank, but wont harm them.

could be slighter duller though? do you find that shelagh?

thanks very much for all your help ! i really apprecaite it.its peace of mind knowing it doesnt bother my fish, but i miss all the natural colours that im used to.also its much harder to spot ick ! at least i know there is no big rush to change it.
thanks again all !
