Bugs In Frozen Blood Worms

Hi guys

I just got a new packet of frozen blood worms , iv noticed theres a few bugs in them , there grey and look like large fleas you would get in dogs and cats

anyone any idea what they are and if its safe to feed the fish blood worms from this batch?
