So, I'm pretty aware that Betta males will make bubble nests... but I've never actually seen it before so I'm not sure. There is quite a bit of bubbles along the edges of my tank and if the betta is the culprit I am very suprised.

My tank is cycled
no ammonia, no nitrite. The PH is neutral/acidic. I lost the actual test papers awhile ago but i know how to tell by the colors.
I am using API CO2 booster and Aqueon plant food.
None of the fish seem affected by it but if its something to be concerned about I'd like for it to be adressed. If you need anymore information I'll provide. Thanks!

Most likely your male betta trying to make a bubble nest, nothing to worry about though.

Jee, they make more bubbles than I thought... but I am glad its just him trying to make a nest. I was worried for a moment there. THanks for the quick replies!
