I have a juwel tank and recently one of my fish had whitespot so i bought the attachment for the juwel filter for the ability to make bubbles to add more oxygen since treatment takes up oxygen. Now the fish are fine, but the bubble attachment makes loads of noise, will there be enough oxygen in the tank without it?

As long as your water surface has enough agitation like waves or ripples, it should be okay to do without it.

It is possible to add too much oxygen in the tank.

As Teelie said as long as you have water displacement (surface water is being disturbed) that will oxyginate the water.
