Bubble Nests

what would be considered as an average size for a bubble nest?

depends on the fish..... I don't think there's really any average.

it does depend on the fish...my little one makes a nest that's an insane 4 inches in diameter

some of my boys have never made a bubble nest...one of them seems to think that a line of bubbles round one side of this tank is really fantastic. He swims up and down the line admiring it

that's good to hear that boys don't all make huge bubble nests......

i know peaceful (my profile pic) use to make very small little nests but they weren't very frothy like on some pics i have seen here.

now with his new home being the baby biOrb, the filter makes bubbles at the top of the tank that i am not sure if he will ever try and make a bubble nest in that aquarium because a bubble nest would never stay put even if he tried.
