I dunno what the hell they are??

I have a load of livebearers, one angel, a shrimp thingy, snails and fighters in the tank (one male 2 females)

There is a line of bubbles in a clear sticky substance about an inch long on the side glass of my tank.

I have no idea what it is? Any ideas?

Possible a sheet of algae on the glass, the um emitt(sp?) O2 so if the shet of algae has the air trapped there it will make a buble on the side of the glass.

I could very well be wrong though so...

is the shrimp thingy a ghost shrimp? sounds like their eggs. mine lay them all the time on the glass, then come back later and eat them.

Its one of those shrimps which sits in the current sifting the water for algea...

I think it might be a ghost shrimp. Are they asexual then?

I agree that it sounds like snail eggs.

Snails in my tank have learned to lay above the water.
