I think if we had a thread about browsing at all our local fish stores, there would be some depressing sights. Mine is run by a nice guy with under 2 dozen tanks.

I was shocked to find Indian Flying Barbs (Esomus danricus) at an LFS the other day. This was the first time I’d ever seen them in person in all my years in the hobby. Before then I’d only seen them in old books. That particular shop usually carries the standard assortment of fish but occasionally has some uber-rarities, such as Dicrossus maculatus.
