Brown Stuuf On My Plants

Hi i had noticed some brown stuff on some of my plants, my tank is in cylce with amonia. it could just be brown algea but i just want ot be sure that it is nothing to worry about

That's normal with immature tanks. Once it cycles and you do a few wc's and keep the light and nitrates down it will go away.
 
Water changes.
Don't do water changes if you are fishless cycling. Algae in a cycling tank is perfectly normal. Rub it off with your fingers if youre that worried about it. Ideally you shouldn't fishless cycle with plants as they will use some of your ammonia & nitrites which slows the cycle slightly. I fishless cycled with plants though and I can't believe it took more than a day longer than it was supposed.

When your cycle has finished do a 90% water change. Clean up any algae and other crud. Do a good gravel vac. Turn your heater down to the correct temp. for your stock. Stock all your fish over the course of a week. Enjoy.
