Fish Crazy
Now I have gotten into getting some live plants into one of the tanks. They have been for the most part, doing well with new buds apearing on the taller plant.
One thing I have noticed though is recently it is starting to show what looks like a darker brown spots here and there on the leaves.
The plant name off the tag is "Moneywort"
Its still in the pot that it came from the store.
I just set it down on the gravel... did not really bury it under it.
I have a 2x 36W bulb daylight setup with 6500K color temp .
72 gallon tank.
I have used some pour in plant fertilizer for it. Though I have been doing water changes in the tank every other day due to new stock. Water is added right to the tank and then I treat the water. Water is very hard water. Still having issues with the NO2 (2.0) spiking right now but the ammonia is in check...around .25
I have noticed this same color stuff appearing on the fake plants too. They are just brown spots.
