My blue gourami has been spending a fair bit of time on the bottom, and my other gourami has been nipping at it's tail (in the last couple of days only). The spot I just noticed today. What should I do?

My tank is 25 gallons, with 3 guppies, 1 small corridora, and a plecostamus (about 4 inches). I do regular water changes, and have an Aquaclear 50, and a separate air pump hooked to a one foot bubble wand. I have a fluval automatic heat, i believe it is 100W.

If there is anything else you need, let me know.

How's your 3-spot doin?
How old are they?
How long they been together?
Where's the spot located on the fish?
Is he/she eating ok?

It's still hanging in, but not doing great. Spending lots of time on the bottom. I got them both about the same time and that was about 2 weeks ago. The spot is above the eyes. Doesn't seem to be eating a heck of a lot either, at least compared to the other one. They seem to have worked out an understanding, as it is not getting picked on anymore.
