Brown Smudges

im getting brown stuff on the inner walls of my aquarium... all water stats are good, weekly water changes, it brushes right off. but it comes back after a few hours, is it dirt or what is this stuff?

Its brown algae it normal, just wipe it off with a algae tank magnet cleaner.
