hi all.i was checking on my chocolate molly and i saw the weirdest thing happened.she laid clear/green eggs  .i took her out and kept the eggs in there.any idea what happened??? :/

ummmm, mollies dont lay eggs, they have live fry  is there anything else in the tank with her? im not a molly expert, but ive never heard of them laying eggs.

no all she had in there was a male balloon(i know theres supposed to be 2 female for every male so i put her in a breder net since the breeder tank is occupied.should i get rid of the eggs

I'm not sure if the eggs an survice outside the mother. Keep them portected, and see what happens. Keep us updated.

 The eggs are undeveloped. I had that probelm every time one of my pregnant fish delivers. There would always be a few eggs with unborn fry curled inside them.

Did any of the unhatched ones ever go on to hatch and survive, Sasha?

 No, they didn't hatch or live. I could tell that they were still too early to leave their mother's body, but with every delivery there are always a few undeveloped little ones. :fish:
