Brown Blotches On Everything

Im starting to get brown blotches on my tank all the decorations and filter, what is this

Sometimes it appears brown, but when you rub on it you can see that it's green algae. Green algae is good, but I'm not sure it's okay if it's brown?

Too much light can lead to brown algae
