HI everyone,

I've been trying to grow some plants for the past 6 months. Not doing any real aquascaping or anything like that. I'm at the point now where I can keep my plants healthy and growing, but I recently noticed that my anubias are covered with brown algae. None of the other plants have this problem.

Here's a picture of it.

It looks almost like something's been trying to clean it off, but i have just a few guppies, and TOO MANY snails (which don't really bother me). Is there something I can do that will get rid of this algae? I don't mind buying some type of fish that'll eat it off, or even some special snails that'll do the job as long as they won't eat my plants, or baby guppies which should be born within a week.

Thanks!

My Anubias get's smothered. I take it out and scrub it (not too hard mind) to get rid of the algea. The leaves being tough they can take it.
