Some good info.

These are some big cory's.
I bought one (before I knew they should be in groups, and of course the lfs doesnt tell you those kinds of things) about a year ago, to house with my clod frog to help clean up.
Everything else I tried, including a couple of small albino's just didnt work because as my clawed grew he tried eating them.
I obviously relocated those albino's and they are happily living in my 40g.
(yes, I know, I need to buy another one at least, just got off the phone, none here maybe tommorow they say).
Anyhow, I bought the Brochis Britskii to clean up the clawed frog tank but all he did was hide in the corner (again, little did I know they needed to be in groups)
So, I moved him into another community tank with several; other cory's of regular size.
He was quite happy in there, going about his buisness each day.

It wasnt until late last week that I found out I should have em groups of 3 or more.
(someone is gonna say 4 of more or 5 or more, I know it) :p

Anyways, just wanted to see if anyone else has one of these 'beauts?

How much were they in Minn?
Here, just north of ya, they were 9.99 Canadian.
'Bout 13-15 American depending on the 'ol loonie!

i bought 4 labeled as emerald cories. 4 for 5$! they died. like every other cory type species does in my tanks. I lost 1 in my 55 and 3 in my 10. they were pretty cool though but mine were very skittish. every time i went by the tank they would go hide under their plant.

I have 2 Brochis splendens (emerald cory).
The brochis are cousins of the corydora and they are
ok to be kept with all cories, my 2 forrage with my C.adolfois

I have seen B.britskis but they are £15 each :/

15 each in UK dollars?
What would that be in Canadian dollars?
A lot more than 9.99 Canadian right?
I want to get another two Brochis Britskii for the one lonely guy I have, but there so big and brutish, not towards other fish, but towards my plants...sheesh, he's always uprooying my anubius etc!
I find mine is very skittish as well, thought maybe cause he was alone, but maybe their all like that if yours were too.
Whenever I approach the tank and he "happens" to be out and about he'll jet for the first hiding place he can find.
:D

LOL
I dont know what you call your currency!
I have a hard enough time remembering mine...loonies, toonie's lol

My brother got married a few years ago and his wife's relatives came from england and brought some coins to trade for our coins.
I didnt get any myself, but I thought your coins were pretty cool, actually their pretty close to ours arent they?
:D
