Bristlenose Problem

ok just gonna make this short cos I am pretty tired and will also add pics aswell to help.The other day I noticed my female bristlenoses eyes were bigger than the males and my immediate thought was popeye, I have added good pics aswell to help, another thing is the weird bloody what looks like bite marks or scrapes.I dunno who done it but she ain't happy.Most of the time all she does is sit at the front of my tank with its ummm gill things sticking out to warn other fish off I think.

On some pics there seems to be some blood patches beneath the skin of so its septicemia.
Pics can be helpful but also deceiving is there any blood patches on the fish.
How many gallons is the tank.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

Hi wilder, after looking more closely I noticed the blood is under the skin so I am presuming it is septicemia, she is very lethargic also which also makes me think it is septicemia.Your probs gonna kill me but I dunno what my water stats are, I never buy test kits for them, sometimes test ph and nitrate but thats about itI am in a job now so will possibly look into buying one soon.The tank is a 40 gallon 180ltr.I am not sure how much fish I have as I lost about 9 or 10 due to diseases.Waited a couple of weeks till it cleared and bought a baby parrot cichlid and 3 small kribenzis.Heres a list of fish:

Gold Severum
4 Convicts ( will be getting rehomed shortly hopefully)
2 Black ghost knives ( 1 large 1 small)
3 Kribs
3 Parrots ( 1 fairly small and 2 about 3-4 inches)
4 corrys
2 bristlenose
2 whiptail

thats all I can think of but I think that is it.

Is that popeye my bristlenose has or have I just never noticed her big eyes? lol
