hi not sure where to put this or even if the title makes any sence but here goes

just cleaning out my tank with my bristlenose plecs in and i move the female out of her cave and she stuck herself to the front of the glass which was good for me as she doesnt come out much in the day so i took the chance to have a good look at her and check she was ok. This was when i noticed that she has almost bright orange lumps/bluges under her skin (do fish have skin?). She is also very round. I know that there eggs are orange so im hoping that this is all it is. There is a male in with her and he spends all day hiding and ive never seen him out not even to feed but i do check him and he is fine and alive, but ive never seen them together.

Am i worring about nothing i have added a pic but its not very good as she doesnt stay still enough for long.

the pics makes them look red but they are more orange.

is she looking plump?

their eggs are orange and when they are ready to spawn you can see the colouration through their belly.

Does this piccy set your mind at rest a bit?
