Bringing out Jaguar colour

I've been feeding my jaguar with feeder goldfish for a few months, and it's thriving -- jag has developed a beautiful bronze sheen with some lighter highlights.

I'd like, however, to bring out more of the violet colour reported in some maturer specimens. Can anyone advise on foods to best achieve this?
