Breeding ?

hi all ,
have 6 convicts in a tank , the large male who is about 4inches and a female 2 inches have over the last couple of days cleaned a pot and dug a pit right in front of it , and also chasing the other convicts away , are they ready to spawn , if so any idea how long they carry on cleaning and digging before this spawning takes place.

They probably are thinking about spawning... how big is your tank? 6 convicts in 1 tank sounds like trouble.. especially if some are starting to breed... probably going to run into a lot of fighting soon..

cheers , its only a small tank , will only keep the breeding pair in , will have to give others away.
