hi all
Thought you might like to read about my 4 red Alenquer they have gone into 2 pairs the first pair have had 8 trys without sucsess, then on mothers day they laid again on the magnet, then on the tuesday we had wrigglers they havent got that far before, on the friday she decided to move them to the seam of the aquarium still wriggling , then she did something really stupid she moved them to the internal filter and you guessed it it sucked them up so we checked the filter little while later no babies left ,so saturday we thought we would give the tank a good clean including the external filter took it to bits put water in a bowl then hey presto 12 baby shrimps yippee when we got up this morning the second pair have laid attempt no 6 and as i type the first pair have laid again on the magnet so fingers crossed tonight the 2nd pair the eggs are all white thought you would like to know the other eggs are gone better luck next time hey
