All the fry are Females have 100s of Females  No Males.
?   HOW DO I GET MALES.  my tap water pH is 7.8

First and foremost, welcome to the forum!!!

Now to your question:
How old are the fry?  At first, they will all appear to be female, but will eventually show itself to be male.  Swords are notorious for taking longer than most other livebearers.  It can take up to 6-12 months sometimes.

As for the other information, you are changing your water far too infrequently.  You should be doing sufficient water changes to keep the nitrates to between 20-40ppm above your tap water conditions.  If your pH is dropping over a full point between water changes your time between changes is FAR too long.

Generally you should be changing about 20% of the water weekly.  I use 20% weekly, 50% monthly and 75% semi-annually.  That's more than is generally needed, but its a nice schedule for me.

Just gonna move thus thread to the Livebearers section.

 Hi  eaglesaquarium

  Thank you for the help.
the fry are 3 months and 4 months  &  6 months 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch.  I do not see males gonopodium     all I see are females anal fins.
I will change 20% of the water weekly.       moor work  thank you

  David.

I think your problem might be that you haven't been doing enough water changes, so your fish aren't growing properly. That will mean they also mature later than they should do.

To be honest, your six month old fry should be near enough adult size by now.

Although eagle's advice of 20% a week water changes is good for normal tanks, with adult fish, fry do need extra water changes. I used to do 50% every other day until my fry were a couple of months old.

If you up your water changes, you should find your fry will start growing faster, and the males should start to develop :good:

You are correct FM.... Fry tank!

The hormone they release needs to be flushed out to encourage growth, if I'm not mistaken.
