One of my female purple moscows just died, and I only have one left now. Seeing as I dont want to get her to stressed, and am not sure if shes pregnant yet would do you think It would do the trick if i isolated her with my male for 24 hours? I will just through in my tank divider so she doesnt have to much room to run.

yep put her with the male for a few days as long as she got loads of places to hide to give herself a rest she should be ok, why not put in the divider with him one side and her the other and let her get used to him then take it out for a while and keep putting it back in to give her the rest that way. thats what i would do
thats if you mean temp tank divider and not breeding trap cause if you mean trap then NO

I'd have to isolate them in a temp tank divider because I have my males in the 20g and my females in my 29, and mainly I dont want to get my strains screwed up.

I leave my fish all together all the time and don't get a problem, but i only keep on or two male to each breeding group.
