breeding neons?

i have a 20 gal community tank with one paradise guramy 5 neons 2 mollys a couple cory cats and a pleco. something has laid tiny white eggs all over the inside of the glass and on a few rocks i suspect the neons because the cats seem to eat the eggs that they can find and the mollys are live bearers (i think). and ideas and any advice on how to make these eggs hatch??

then they are cory cat eggs.
