Breeding Hoplogenys

Hi I'm new to your forum!



Been breeding Dolichopterus for ten years but now I want to try Hoplogenys. Anyone bred both species and knows of any special approach to Hoplogenys...I'd be pleased to hear from you

Hi neptune, welcome to the forum. Hoplogenys / cirrhosus/ snowflake/ white seam/ L059 (call them what you like!) will breed the same as most Ancistrus, although they are a little more difficult. Good water, diet and bogwood hollows or pots and you should succeed. Mac.
