Breeding Help!

I put my female in a jar-like thing into my male's tank. and he hasn't been making his bubble nest yet.
Or do I need to wait a few days? They have been together for around half a day now. The male just keep flaring at her ocassionaly and she is having the stress stripes!

if she is showing stress stripes then she is not ready to breed, have you conditioned the pair? how long?
