I've had a search through the forum, but most posts seem to be about hatching them. I have a bag which my fish will never get through and I wondred what would be a suitable place to keep and breed them if that's possible? Or is it just less hassle to hatch eggs when you need them?

It's not worth the hassle growing them on IMO. You will need marine salt and suitable food for them, etc. A recent thread explains it pretty well.

But if you just want to prolong keeping them alive. Put them in one of those food tubs and store it on the warmest shelf in the fridge. They will keep for quite a few days to even weeks. I go a little further and feed them with a few drops of dissolved yeast-spirulina mix solution every two or three days. I also change some of the water with salt water that I use for hatching brine shrimps.
