righty decided gonna breed bettas and yes i no i need like 100 jars please help me by answering

1. what size tank will i need for the parents to spawn in

2. shal i add the female for like 1 hour a day for a week or so then leave her in or do i just put her in ( been recomended both so i want your oppinion)

3. will grownded flake food + baby small brine shrimp be ok for the fry?

4. what age are they able to be re-homed

1. 5-10 gallons. Some use smaller but it's harder to regulate the temp in much smaller and harder for the female to hide from the male (which could be good...or very very bad)
2. Make sure your pair are properly conditioned for 2 weeks ahead of spawning and then add male to spawning tank and add the female in a glass chimney or jar inside the tank. Wait until they are showing interest in spawning (male making nest and female barred up) and then release the female into the tank. Usually only takes a day or two.
3. Newly hatched fry won't usually eat non-live food and bbs are usually too big at that age. Infusoria, microworms, and vinegar eels are good for the first week and then the bbs can be started. I wouldn't go with non-live food for about 3-4 weeks.
4. That varies from breeder to breeder and from spawn to spawn. Usually around 3 months if the fish are grown. Some spawns grow slower, though, and wouldn't go to new homes until they are a little older.
