Live food for the parents (bloodworm/tubifex/daphnia) and live food for the fry(walter worms/banana worms/vinegar eels & freshly hatched brine shrimp)[/color]

so somthing like this would be ideal? Daphnia for the parents and bloodworm and brine shrimp for the fry?

no. those are all for adult fish (and older fry), the fry would not be able to manage it and would either choke or starve and the jelly would foul the water really quickly.
the brine shrimp must be freshly hatched (max 2 days old) which you do at home with a brine shrimp hatchery and it is recommended to start feeding that at a week or so old, prior to that walter worms, banana worms micro worms and vinegar eels are usually used, which are even smaller than freshly hatched brine shrimp. you culture these in plastic tubs, on something like oatmeal or mashed potato (they are not particularly pleasant and smell quite a bit.)

bloodworm is great for adult fish, and can be cut up for older fry, but not for very young fry, when they first hatch they are like tiny splinters with eyes the only food they can eat at that age is really really minuscule.
