How many kuhli do you have?
Only 3 which I don't think are big enough to be breeding ready yet
You need at least 6 or 11, they are schooling fish need to live together to be happy.
Looks like I need it get some more then, I was told that 3 would be enough?

You will need two aquariums to do this, one (30 gallon minimum) for the shoal of 8+ tiber barbs, then a second tank (it can be smaller) for the pair to be put in to spawn, and then removed after spawning. Here is info on how to do this:
