Breeding Apisto's

I am just wondering if apisto's will inter-breed

I have a female Dwarf Cockatoo Cichlid but would she breed with a male from another type of apisto?

I think that she would. I say this because I know about the Apistogramma sp. Blue Steel. It is a hybrid between two apistogramma species. Even though the parens are unknown, it is deffinately made from two apistogramma.

So my answer to your question would be that they CAN interbreed.
