i want to get a little tank for my fish if they have any fry? but do i have to get a heater etc.. to have baby fry in
breeders tank

Hell yes!
There are four ways you could keep your fry
1) You could have a completey seperate tank with its own air source, filter (small), heater, gravel, plants etc (not very practicable but some people prefer it)
2) You could have a tank with plants and gravel and be conected to your other tank by use of the inlet to your filter in the large tank and the outlet to your filter into your small tank and the overflow from your small tank into your large tank. (A good setup if you can do it not just for fry but for other non-community loving fish if you want to keep them)
3) You could have a divider in your tank with the inlet to the filter on one side and the outlet on the other (obviously this divider needs alot of small holes in it). (this is what i use for the mother before she gives birth)
4) Or you could put the fry in a breeding net/trap (I prefer this method for guppys and other resonably hardy fish)
As I say to all my friends (Not very kind but in reality) If the fry die this time just try again in a month

BY all means, get a little tank for your fry to be brought up in. I do suggest that you have living plants without gravel... Fry and gravel isnt the best idea. Fry get stuck betwen the gravel pieces. Also, with out gravel it keeps the tank simple, and easy to clear away any dead fry... I dont use heaters for any of my tanks, but my tank is always at least 24C. If your climate is varied, or it changes dramatically, id suggest you buy a small filter pump, and heater. 
p.s remove the mother fish once she has finnished, to increase the chance of the fry living.
I dunno about not having gravel, does it work for you not having gravel spanky?
Ive got very small gravel (ie floats when air bubbles get to it which Ive found the helps the fry feel safe as they can hide easier (when they see their reflection they feel that they arent as safe as they would like). Well thats what ive heard anyway
If its easier without gravel then do that

It works for me the bulk...
