Hello, well i would like to know how long it will take for the shrimp to hatch could someone please advise me, i am very new to breading frys...

 well first you take 2 slices of wheat bread and tear them to bite size pieces then put a 1/2 cup of shrimp in a frying pan of oil then.......

I had a hard time not making a crack about the breading shrimp thing, I just keep it to myself...Although I did "LOL"

I kno it sounds sort of funny, and i was really surprised when i bought the packet of shrimp brine home, to realise i had to hatch them.but really i read that baby shrimp is a really good source of nutrients for the little baby guppies that will be born soon.

and the baby guppies that will be born soon are a really good source of nutrients for the adult in the tank.   :hyper:

lol kinda cool how all that works out...i just buy my brine shrimp frozen. as for breading i just use flour and a deep fryer :D

This is so frustrating now im reading that shrimp is not the best for them, that microwords are better for them and easier to cultivate, but where the hell do i find microworms.
and i did find a plastic breading box for them ,its a really good one too the holes are so tiny in the bottom so fishies wont fall into the main tank, and it has this v shaped box that u put into the breading box and in the bottom it has a slit so the babies fall into the box and are seperated from the mother, how cool is that.
but thank god for the internet otherwise id be lost about breading guppies.

microworms are good for VERY small fish but guppies are not that small. You can raise em just fine my grinding up your flake food.

As for HATCHING brine shrimp you put them in salt water at ~1.015 sg with airation untill you see little shrimp swimming around and feed them to your fry with in the first 6 hours otherwise they are pretty useless.
