Ok my brain has gone into overdrive and I badly need to sort out my tanks even though I have sold and shut down 2 tanks this week I am still upto my eyes in tanks and fish and need my kitchen back (well not me I dont cook hubby needs his cooker lol) We have decided where tanks are going but I am going to have an empty 300l tank, which I am thinking of putting my pair of Roti servs in to see if they can get past the laying egg stage, but wondering what to put in with them. I was thinking a couple of the ellioti as when the pair was in the main tank they got on with the servs only display squabbling no actual damage, or possible the young gold servs (getting later in the week)

The ellioti should be fine with them, the gold sev's (yay your getting them!) would be seen as competition and would likely cause more stress than the ellioti (if they do spawn).
You could probably get away with keeping the gourami in there too, unlikely to upset them.

Yeah the servs, black shark, firemouth and GT are giving me sleepless nights, I will do the swap I cant bare the thought of them possibly becomming food, going to collect them the weekend. Dunno where I am going to put the blooming GT though, if desperate and its bigger than 4" it will have to go in the 3ft upstairs with the little turtle for the time being or that 180 in the kitchen if the brace bar arrives this week I can move the rest of the ellioti and baby fronts and it will have to go in their tank. Not big enough but its better than being food!
I may try the snakeskin gourami they are really docile, the angels would be no good nasty little devils they are.
Still havnt id'd that catfish either, just trying to poke it out from under the rock now while doing a water change. It is alive.

Well the GT and FM could go in (once the rotties are removed) into the 400L with the texas, other FM, Nic and the big boys! You will have to see how the aggression goes. Not sure where are you going to put the gold Sevs? Have the angels now gone? if not, where are they going? Im confused 
I have advertised some of the angels, only one has gone so far, no one seems to want them when they are small??. One of the big boys will be going thats who I am swapping for the servs, gt etc, not Jethro though he is staying for ever he's my baby lol. IF I can get the one of the other 400l in before the weekend I could move the Fronts and stick the texas and gt in the tank in the kitchen till the texas go, if they ever get collected!! sold them 3 times already now and people have not bothered turning up?
