I have a book about brackish water fish coming out soon, but in the meantime, my
FAQ? will probably contain everything you need to know. There's also a
brackish water section to this forum, and there are lots of excellent pinned topics as well as experienced, helpful brackish water aquarists.
In a nutshell, mollies and guppies can be kept at anything up to full seawater (though guppies need to be acclimated very slowly and carefully). Swords and platies really aren't brackish water fish, but they will do well at around 15% seawater (SG 1.003). This salinity level will suit mollies very well, as well as a variety of useful plants such as hornwort and Java fern, which make excellent refuges for newborn livebearers.
Besides the selection of fish you have listed, gobies, glassfish, certain rainbowfish, and wrestling halfbeaks would all do very well in such conditions. Possibly even a "freshwater" flatfish. Quite a variety of stuff, in fact.
Cheers,
Neale
