Good to hear you have a test kit now As for the results, we wouldn't be able to make a conclusive decision without knowing how long you've had the tank up and running and if you cycled it etc etc. ( I know you've said it in a previous post, but I can't find it)
You are still in the cycling process. The ammonia isn't too high considering, but should be zero at all times. Nitrite is worrying, as this should be zero also at all times. Above 0.25, ammonia and nitrite start having short-tearm effects on our fish, so some waterchanges are in order. pH and Nitrate are of no real consern right now, as they are both in the normal range
