I've got a real love for all Severums but the Red Necks are my favourite.
I looked after a colleagues female Red Neck for a while and can't get over what a feisty little thing she was!

Can I ask what the tube looking things are that the moss is attached too on the wood?

The tubes are bamboo covered with java moss, the idea being that I tied them to the redmoor root wood so that the moss would grow around the root etc, however the large Severum, name of Terminator, has decided differently and has already destroyed two of them, he picks at it and spits it around the tank

Thanks all for the nice comments, will try and get some more pics of the rainbows but they are a BEEP BEEP to photograph as they refuse to stay still, I have tried lining them up and explaining the situation but apparently Im talking a different language
