here is bonnie and clyde who are currently in the 5G, clyde is one of my 8 bettas i purchased today bonnie was living in a 2.5G on my desk for the past 2 months

and i figured i would give red a shot also, does certain colors of the M/F mater when breeding? i doubt it bcos i would imagine the fry will have a large variety of colors

Pretty bettas! and yes, the colours of m/f affect breeding. For instance, red +red= more red , red+blue= red with blue wash *shrugs* blah blah blah its all in the genetics! i mean you cant breeed 2 opaques and get blacks outta them

nice fish! are you planning on putting any plants or substrate in that tank?

not in that one, thats the breeding tank they prefer bare bottoms to breed
