i don't have any pics, but the males are more.... well... how do i describe the females are more 'angled' on top than the males. males look more like and egg shape, and the females like their head goes up, then drops down.

yeah, that probably doesn't help... sorry.

Those pictures are lovely, but what am i looking for to define sexes? Fins, Colours? Shape?

Do you see the top fin on the male, how it's more pointed at the back? See how the female's isn't? I believe that's the easiest way to tell.

Is it also true, that females are alot paler than males??

My female certainly has a lot less color than the male. The male is absolutely stunning to look at. In the LFS they didn't have much color, but both have gained a lot of color, but the male is definitely the more colorful of the two.

I dont think you can accurately use that dorsal fin as a difinitive answer.

Yup, dorsal fin works for me
Female is rounded at the back
Male is pointed and sometimes extended at the back.
Females have alot less colour then males and more pale where as males are deep in colour with alot more yellow aswell.
Females will also be fatter sometimes.
