Bolivian Rams Dying

hey iv got a bolivian ram, that has hasn't looked to well the past couple of days. the colour has been fine no change there but he has'nt been very active, an looked almost as if had a big bump under its mouth. hard to explain. however now, he is close an floating alone the top. i was wondering if there is anythin miraculous that mite save him.
