Bolivian Ram Troubles...

SO last week, one of my 2 Bolivian Rams died. I didn't want the remaining one to feel stressed and lonely, so I bought a replacement. When I bought this fish, it was colorful and healthy looking. But now, after being in the tank for a week, it has turned almost completely white and it is breathing really fast. Stats...

Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - 20
PH - 7.0
20 gallon
