is it typical for bolivian rams to be aggressive towards each other? lately mine have been fighting a lot. one will bite teh other and then they will flare for a while and then when one backs down they swim away from each other.

My pair of bolivian rams do the same thing. One of them pushes the other one around. But my tank is 72G US, so there is plenty of space for them to avoid each other.

I think they will be find as long as you have sufficient territory for each one to occupy.
