I have 6 Bolivian Rams (purchased when very young) and have discovered that I now have a breeding pair which was the reason for initially buying 6 and hoping a pair would bond. :good:

Would it be in my best interest to sell the other 4 or is it beneficial for the breeding pair to have the other 4 around?

The bonded pair are chasing the others far more aggressively than previously and wonder if the other 4 are a hindrance rather than a help in terms of the pair successfully breeding?

Thank you.

:good: yes you can send them to me

I had a trio and two bonded and layed eggs and the other one died due to bullying,

forgot to say that the male died last year and ive one lone female who need some friends of her own kind. di

i have four and two of them spawned a couple of times without any issues with the other fish

if its a small tank though perhaps you shoudl consider separating them
