Boesemani Rainbow's Mating?

I have 4 Boesemani Rainbow's in a 30 gallon tank. From what ive seen online about determining a male from a female, Im guessing I have 3 males and 1 female. One of the males today has been quite aggressive to the female. He has her in one corner and is swimming like a nut. If she tries to go away he chases her. The other two Rainbows seem to be on the other side of the tank staying away. From what ive read he the males try to put on a show for the female too get her interested. Does this sound like hes trying to mate with her? I dont know whatelse it could be since they are very peaceful fish. Thanks guys
